Kickoff meeting

Every project starts off with an Kickoff meeting where we establish goals of the project and proceed on planning deliverables for first milestone.

Release notes every 2 weeks

Our team prepares release notes every 2 weeks in the project that will summarize things accomplished in that time frame and bring visibility to you and your leadership team.

On site review

Even though we do many things online we still try to meet you all in person. After each major milestone complete we like to complement that with on-site visit to your office to review in person what we have achieved so far and what are next priorities.
